We rent out our Kozy Cafe area (seats up to 45 people), which can be rented for baby showers, small weddings, birthday parties, musical events, meetings, training, etc. 

 

(catering available) Monday - Friday between the hours of 6pm to 10pm or Saturday from 12noon to 10pm. 

RENTAL PRICING:

$100 for 1 -2hrs, $250 for 3-4hrs,

$350 for 5-6hrs

the multi purpose room

Sanctuary / Multi-Purpose room which is available for seated events only such as ; weddings, church services, presentations, meetings, programs & seminars etc
(up to 95) people (available for rent Thur - Fri - 7pm to 10pm and Saturdays 12noon to 10pm).

PRICING
$100 for 1-2hrs, $200 for 3-4hrs, $300 for 5-6hrs

 boardroom Rental

(seats 12 people) that is available for meetings or classes (monday - friday 7am to 6pm). The dates fill up fast so call today and reserve your space! 

1-2 hrs $50, 3-4 hrs $100, 5-6 hrs $200

backyard rental (water activities)

1/2 Day (includes: water, storage, and kitchen use) 4 hours of less $200

Full Day (includes: water, storage, and kitchen use) 6 hours or more $300

backyard rental (no water activities)

1/2 Day Outside Yard Space Only 4 hours of less $100

Full Day Outside Yard Space Only 5-8 hours $150

Event Rental Agreement

Event Space Rental RULES AND INFO

 

* Rates include tables, and chairs and use of kitchen.

 

* Seating Capacity per room:  Sanctuary seats up to 95 people comfortable, The Kozy Café seats up to 50 people comfortable, and the boardroom seats up to 12 people comfortably.
 

*Decorating is fine, however (you can not decorate walls.  no nails,  push pins or duck tape)
*We provide an on-site monitor during the whole event​

*Parking available!

* Lowest  rates, great service!

Additional Information
*A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date, then 2 weeks before the event the balance is due.
 
OUR CENTER CLOSES AT 10PM.  ALL EVENTS MUST BE OVER AT 9PM SO THAT YOU CAN CLEANUP AND BE OUT BY 10PM. THANK YOU.
 
* $75 security deposit due on day of event (check or cash).  It is returned immediately after the cleanup as long as the room is returned to its original condition (no damage).
 
* Because we are a Christian based business, we are not able to accommodate festivities that will serve alcohol, smoking or play profane music.
